Kurtis Hurrie is a growth and revenue executive with experience spanning commercial leadership, go-to-market strategy, operational systems, and cross-functional alignment across founder-led and growth-stage organizations. His background includes leadership across sales, marketing, business development, and revenue operations, with a focus on helping organizations scale more effectively while improving execution clarity and organizational alignment.

Most recently, he led sales, marketing, and business development initiatives at First Light Technologies, where the company grew revenue from approximately $15M to $21M during his tenure. His work included refining forecasting discipline, qualification frameworks, segmentation strategy, and broader go-to-market execution across North America.

Kurtis also advises and builds technology ventures focused on AI-enabled workflow systems, operational efficiency, and commercial process improvement. His perspective combines strategic thinking with hands-on operator experience, particularly in environments navigating growth, organizational transition, or increasing operational complexity.

Outside of technology and advisory work, he is developing an independent watch brand focused on craftsmanship, restraint, and enduring industrial design.
